- Helpdesk Coordinator : MCA or M.Sc Computer Science/ Computer Application and min 6 yrs experience
- Database Administrator: B.Tech/ MCA and min 5 yrs experience
- Junior Helpdesk Executive : BCA/ B.Sc Computer Science/ PGDCA and min 3 yrs experience
