The Railways Recruitment Board has released a notification for Railway Protection Force. Online Application are invited from the eligible male & female candidates for the recruitment of Constable (Ancillary) in Different Trades for the Vacancies in Railway Protection Force (RPF) for Various Zones of Indian Railways & Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF). Educational Qualification:
Candidate should have a Matriculation (10th class) from a recognized board.
Age:
Maximum Age for post is 25 years as on 01.01.2019. Age relaxation as SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwD – 10 years, Ex-servicemen – 5 years, Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989 – 5 years, Central Govt. employees – 5 years, Widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from husband but remarried – 2 years
Salary:
- Water Carrier, Safaiwala, Washer Man, Barber, Mali- Level 3 of 7th CPC pay Matrix with initial pay of Rs. 21,700/- plus other allowances admissible.
- Tailor & Cobbler – Level 2 of 7th CPC pay Matrix with initial pay of Rs. 19,900/- plus other allowances admissible.
Mode of Selection:
The selection for the posts are based on the following 4 stages,
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Trade Test (TT)
- Document Verification (DV)
Fee for Application:
For general candidate examination fee Rs. 500, and for concession candidate only Rs 250.
Online Fee Payment Through Internet Banking or Debit/ Credit Card.
Offline Fee Payment Through –SBI Bank Challan Payment Mode in any Branch of SBI Bank and Post Office Challan Payment Mode in any branch of the Computerized Post Office.
